What is your refund policy?2019-10-06T17:36:40-07:00

We understand if sometimes you are paired with a massage therapist that is not a good fit for you. If this occurs, we ask you inform your massage therapist that you would like to end the massage session. You will only be charged for the time you received.

We will not refund a massage session if this is not done. Don’t worry, open communication is appreciated and the massage therapist would appreciate knowing this 20 minutes into the session rather than working the full session and have you call later frustrated and un-happy. Although we are confident this will not occur, we want you to know our expectation on how to handle it.

What is your cancellation policy?2019-10-06T17:34:14-07:00

You have reserved time with us. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. A fee of half your appointment price will be charged for all cancellations and/or changes made with less than 24 hours notice. No shows are charged the full service price. Appointments booked on the same day will be charged the full service price for any cancellation.

Do you have client testimonials available?2018-03-21T13:35:31-07:00

Yes, we do! Here are a few recent testimonials from our clients:

I’ve been a customer of Heather’s at Gresham Therapeutic Massage for almost five years now. Not only is she the most upbeat and friendly person, she runs a business that truly cares for its customers. You feel it the minute you walk in the front door and are greeted as though you are part of their family. And the therapists who practice there are the best – hands down you can find your perfect therapist whether you want a relaxing massage or deep tissue – Heather’s team will meet your needs!

I am so lucky to have found Gresham Therapeutic Massage. Heather has created a friendly, professional and wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. As soon as I walk through the doors, I feel myself unwind and destress. And I’ve never experienced a massage therapist as intuitive and wonderful as Wendy. Cheers to everyone at GTMC from another satisfied and devoted customer!

A Van Domelen

Tom and I have been coming to Gresham Massage for about seven years. We have always had excellent service from all of your massage therapists. I can honestly say that neither of us has ever had a substandard massage from any of them. The last few years I have had a couple of serious health issues and your staff has been so kind, friendly and professional that they have made my recovery much faster and easier. I recommend you to all of our friends and will continue to come for massages whenever we are in town.

T & D Clapham

I love GTMC and make massage therapy a routine part of my healthy lifestyle. I am a runner and have had a few overuse injuries and could not have gotten through them without my massage therapist. Although I have my favorite therapist (Wendy), if she is not available there are many different therapists I have had appointments with and they are all great and are skilled to address the issues I am having at that appointment. The office hours are accommodating and I have always been able to make an appointment that works best with my busy schedule. I have purchased many massage gift certificates and the receiver always says how much they love them as gifts!

How does massage help?2013-10-03T09:39:57-07:00

With the ever-increasing stresses in today’s hectic life-styles our bodies suffer the consequences. Toxins get trapped in our cells and our system begins to break down. Massage replenishes nutrients and oxygen to cells and tissues while removing waste and reducing stress. It literally renews our body as massage helps promote the body’s natural healing process. Massage allows your body to move easier and experience a deeper sense of self.

Managing your stress with massage can allow for greater energy and a reduction of stress related disorders such as depression, anxiety, muscular pain, chronic aches, persistent infections, headaches and insomnia.

Massage quiets the nervous system and relaxes the mind, which leads to improved emotional and physical health. With regular massage, one can begin to relax and let go of stress thereby leading a more productive, healthier and peaceful life.
