GTMC is a family owned and operated business in Gresham, Oregon. We are not a franchise and thank you in advance for shopping locally. GTMC prides ourselves on offering over 100 years of collective massage experience with a licensed massage therapist staff of 20.
Bodies In Balance Chiropractic is also in our office, making it easy for you to get a massage as well as an adjustment if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
You have reserved time with us. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment time. A fee of half your appointment price will be charged for all cancellations and/or changes made with less than 24 hours notice. No shows are charged the full service price. Appointments booked on the same day will be charged the full service price for any cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy:
We understand if sometimes you are paired with a massage therapist that is not a good fit for you. If this occurs, we ask you to inform your massage therapist that you would like to end the massage session. You will only be charged for the time you received.
We will not refund a massage session if this is not done. Don’t worry, open communication is appreciated and the massage therapist would appreciate knowing this 20 minutes into the session rather than working the full session and have you call later frustrated and un-happy. Although we are confident this will not occur, we want you to know our expectation on how to handle it.
